02 / Information We Collect
For Creators
Name, email address, authentication credentials, and campaign configuration details. Payment processing is handled securely by third-party gateways.
For Claimers
Mobile phone numbers and selected network providers (for airtime/data rewards). For cash rewards: bank account number, bank name, and verified account holder name. Campaign access PINs where applicable.
- Browser fingerprint — a unique but anonymous identifier derived from your browser's canvas rendering, WebGL, audio context, screen resolution, installed fonts, timezone, and hardware platform. It does not reveal your identity.
- IP address — your network's public IP, used to detect shared networks and prevent bulk claims.
- VPN / proxy status — we query ip-api.com (a third-party service) to detect and block VPN or hosting-provider IPs. No personal data is shared with ip-api.com; only your IP address is sent.
- User-Agent string — your browser and operating system version, logged for fraud audits.
- Timestamps — date and time of each claim attempt.

Service Provision
Managing accounts, routing airtime/data top-up requests to VTU partners, and processing cash transfers to verified bank accounts.
Fraud Prevention
Logging phone numbers, bank details, and IPs to enforce campaign claim limits and detect abuse.
Communication
Sending transactional receipts and platform updates.
04 / Sharing Policy
We do not sell your personal data. We only share necessary information with trusted infrastructure partners.

We retain account data for as long as it is active. Transaction logs are kept to enforce deduplication. We use HTTPS encryption, secure database rules, and strictly authenticated bridges to protect all user data.
